The new menu from Ultra Brasserie is great. Keeping its food wastage to a minimum, the healthy café has launched a limited time “Root to Stem” menu, serving dishes that come from “the root to the flower and fin to tail.”
Until Tuesday April 30*, guests can choose from five different dishes, including fish, zest, fronds and shavings featuring grilled seabream with beet leaf salad, orange peel zest, fennel leaf, fennel and celery stalk shavings for Dhs58.
