Greek dining is now available at OPA Dubai. The restaurant is located at the famous Fairmont Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai – United Arab Emirates.
The journey began on a small island in Greece. A gentleman named Kyriakos who brought experiences perfecting his favorite Greek dishes, shared the rich and delicious flavors with his friends and family. It is when his son Christos relocated to Dubai, Kyriakos was keen to visit. After exploring the vibrant city, he felt the need to present Greek food to the people. It was then, that Kyriakos made a decision to share the rich history and flavorsome cuisine with the UAE community. He came up with recipes and perfected every minute detail to Greek hospitality.
The team is known for serving tender meats and fresh salads, their favorite Zorba dance and smashing plates, Kyriakos build his traditional restaurant in Dubai. Presenting all the ingredients of Greek cuisine, culture, and passion, Opa opened its doors for diners. The interiors of OPA Dubai are warm and with traditional white and blue colour schemes, as well as lush greenery to add a touch of freshness. OPA’s traditional flavours can and charming atmosphere are delightful. Their cuisine is great, one can expect signature dishes such as prawn saganaki, kleftiko and bougatsa, alongside a modern interpretation of traditional Greek plates. The Greek experience is a lot more than the menu, as OPA promises Zorba dancing and dish smashing, as well as Greek-inspired music. OPA is the word that people say out loud when a plate is smashed – either on purpose or accidentally – and is often heard at weddings or during traditional dancing.
