MiX by Alain Ducasse

Internationally

acclaimed French chef Alain Ducasse has launched his first restaurant in the UAE at the Emerald Palace Kempinski, Palm Jumeirah.

The spacious restaurant is spread over three floors, Mix Dubai has three distinct zones including a private chef’s table, bar and lounge area, and the main restaurant. The design of Mix Dubai was designed in collaboration between Ducasse and Manueal Clavel of Clavel Architecture and Interior Design to create a luxurious and sophisticated feel, with a large, golden Faberge egg which features inside the dome of the hotel.

This impressive

and stunningly beautiful place to dine, not just the setting but the food presentation at miX by Alain Ducasse pays tribute to the local produce. This is the first restaurant of the chef in the United Arab Emirates and also the largest in his restaurant group. Alain Ducasse has crafted an elaborate menu which includes marinated raw blue shrimps, caviar, pan-seared duck foie gras, dolce forte sauce and sea scallops, lettuce cream and white truffles. With contemporary and classical French influences, miX by Alain Ducasse features a well-rounded menu that changes according to seasons. Guests can decide to enjoy refined cuisine paired with rare labels in the most iconic setting.

Taking care of day-to-day affairs, chef de cuisine Hugues Gerard works along with pastry chef Douglas Oberson. Seating 400 covers, Mix Dubai also features multiple terraces that offer

spell binding views of Dubai with the sunset on one side and the skyline of the Palm Jumeirah on the other.

Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse has opened up a restaurant in the UAE for the first time, miX by Alain Ducasse is at Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai on Palm Jumeirah. The restaurant, from the chef behind the three-Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in London, caters to all. Clients  can enjoy a drink at the miX Bar & Lounge, which has a wide grape and mixed beverage list and gives a laid-back vibe. It also serves up sharing plates including sea bream ceviche, wagyu beef and green pepper and a crab club sandwich.
