acclaimed French chef Alain Ducasse has launched his first restaurant in the UAE at the Emerald Palace Kempinski, Palm Jumeirah.

The spacious restaurant is spread over three floors, Mix Dubai has three distinct zones including a private chef’s table, bar and lounge area, and the main restaurant. The design of Mix Dubai was designed in collaboration between Ducasse and Manueal Clavel of Clavel Architecture and Interior Design to create a luxurious and sophisticated feel, with a large, golden Faberge egg which features inside the dome of the hotel.

This impressive

and stunningly beautiful place to dine, not just the setting but the food presentation at miX by Alain Ducasse pays tribute to the local produce. Guests can decide to enjoy refined cuisine paired with rare labels in the most iconic setting.

Taking care of day-to-day affairs, chef de cuisine Hugues Gerard works along with pastry chef Douglas Oberson. Seating 400 covers, Mix Dubai also features multiple terraces that offer

spell binding views of Dubai with the sunset on one side and the skyline of the Palm Jumeirah on the other.
