restaurant Marea now open in Dubai.
Two-Michelin-starred restaurant is all set to bring Italian classics to DIFC. Italian joint Marea has now opened its doors in DIFC. This is the first branch of the brand outside New York and has been brought to the UAE by Altamarea Group which operates nearly 20 restaurants around the world.
Located in Gate Village 7, Marea will have Dubai for a permanent relocation open for business. Marea, meaning “tide” in Italian redefines the seascape of high-end Italian cuisine serving regional foods of Italy”, and that sounds good to diners. The New York restaurant features a menu that “reads like a map of the sea”, with a range of shellfish, oysters and fish dishes, along with home-made pasta.
The restaurant will join top Italian restaurants in the city, including Roberto’s, Cipriani and Il Borro Tuscan Bistro. With this unique collaboration, Marea creates a modern and chic institution. At the original Marea New York, the authentic, serving flavors of coastal Italy meet the swagger of New York to form a new approach. Now in Dubai, Marea brings its signature style and hospitality to the world-class International Financial Center.
