is all set to bring its award-winning cuisine to the majestic Atlantis The Palm. The award-winning restaurant will be ready to welcome guests on 23rd October in Atlantis The Palm in Dubai.
The team is going to offer guests a world-class culinary experience. Guests can enjoy an entirely unique and enticing dining experience with a menu that has been awarded multiple Michelin stars at locations throughout the world.
Hakkasan in Atlantis The Palm incorporates the restaurant and bar with partitions of intricate carved wooden screens and latticing that resonates the sophisticated and glamorous interiors of the London flagship restaurant. Chic and elegance are ideal features that can be experienced in the atmosphere true to Hakkasan’s Chinese roots.
Hakkasan
offers signature menus and a la carte options alongside an award-winning wine list and signature cocktails. The restaurant will open daily for dinner from 18:00 onwards. The bar will be open daily from 17:00 to 01:00. Diners can enjoy A La Carte taste of Hakksan (dinner) only at Dubai with mouth-watering dessert, cocktails and wine. Their A la Carte menu includes Supreme Special Dishes – Hakkasan signature Peking duck with Beluga caviar – whole duck, with 16 pancakes and 30g of caviar. Diners have a choice of XO sauce, black bean sauce or ginger and spring onion. Peking duck – whole duck, with 16 pancakes, baby cucumber and spring onion second course with a choice of XO sauce, black bean sauce or ginger and spring onion are also available.
They serve soup – Chinese wild mushroom soup with Supreme fungus, Hot and sour soup with chicken, Lobster soup with Chinese rice wine, Crab and sweetcorn Supreme soup, Vegetarian hot and sour soup etc. Small Eat include Hakka steamed dim sum platter, crispy prawn fritter with truffle, crispy duck roll, crispy golden chilli and pepper tofu, crispy tiger prawns. Seafood is prepared here – diners can have stir-fry tiger prawns with pineapple in spicy dried shrimp sauce, stir-fry lobster with lotus root in spicy chilli sauce, stewed Boston lobster in Chef special sauce, wok-fry chili Alaskan king crab etc.
F
ollowing a dress code and Age policy – guests are to be dressed in smart casual at this branch of Hakkasan. No sportswear, shorts or hats allowed inside the restaurant. Jeans are permitted as long as they are worn smartly with shoes and a collared shirt. The team have a requirement of 21 years of age or older to access the bar area. The main dining area is open to guests of all ages until 19:00. After 19:00, guests must be 10 years of age or older.
