Flow

This healthy

eating and creative hub Flow is guided by the new initiative of the innovation laboratory at Jumeirah at Emirates Towers.

Chefs at Flow utilize a large quantity of nutritious vegetables, fruits and meats to create healthy and delicious and feel-good recipes. Offering a combination of vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and Paleo-friendly options, the sharing-style menu is also packed with grab-and-go bites and salads that are designed to fuel and energize.

The team is proud to serve coffee from Dubai’s very own, The Espresso Lab, founded by Emirati entrepreneur Ibrahim Al Mallouhi.

They have hand-selected the highest quality beans right from across the world, their Baristas are trained to strict international standards. These uber-healthy diets, like paleo are served at Flow, along with traditional coffee and eats. Flow is a very socially-oriented project, and is linked to social initiatives with the Dubai Youth Ministry.

There is a free-to-access library where visitors can come and borrow books and replace them with their own. Flow also has a fledgling calendar line-up of speeches and lectures from leading entrepreneurial figures across the UAE which promises to

give Flow an exceptional position in the Emirates Towers area. Flow has designs on launching health and fitness initiatives in the surrounding area and collaborating closely with a popular youth centre in the Emirates Towers Boulevard. The cafe is generally buzzing with young entrepreneurs and various other groups.

The youth centre is launching where the Ivy restaurant once stood speaks volumes. The opening of the new healthy-eating coffee shop and working space up at Emirates Towers serves a unique menu. Charcoal lemon juice, the banana, data and almond milk smoothie comes as a welcome break accompaniment or as mid-afternoon fuel.

The homemade tandoori chicken toasted sandwich on seedy is a treat, without being crammed with butter, cream or other dairy products. The tandoori sauce is prepared with low fat, natural yoghurt and a whole bunch of spices, and will probably prove to be the restaurant’s most popular lunchtime item. They serve grilled veggies toastie and instead goes full vegan by using baba ganoush instead of butter.

Flow is a promising venture with food that is genuinely good for health.
