Presenting
an exciting dining concept, Blowfish is launched at Fairmont The Palm. Blowfish is an all-day ‘tongue and cheek’ casual style American dining destination. An exciting and fun, ‘instagram-able’ venue Blowfish serves ‘grab and go’ dishes such as burgers, loaded hot dogs, crazy, colorful milkshakes and nostalgic soda ice-cream floats.
This is a new burger spot that has opened on the Palm Fairmont has a new casual poolside eatery. Dishes on the new menu also includes chilli cheese fries, thick milkshakes, soft-serve sundaes, nostalgic soda ice cream floats and the Blowfish Monster Sundae. The place is ideal for summer as there’s even a special ice cream bar to grab a cold treat on the way to the beach.
There’s
a tropical theme designs at Blowfish, with palm trees, bright colours, swings and comfy cushions for a relaxed lunch or dinner.
“Blowfish is an exciting new concept for us, it provides a fantastic offering for our in-house guests and visitors to the palm, for a casual and fun bite to eat during the day and early evening,” said food and beverage director, Alain Gobeil.
“The menu provides a different experience, one that complements the latest trend in dining experiences, affordable, sharable and ‘insta-worthy’ food. I’m pleased to be expanding our culinary offerings further and adding to the range of cuisines available.”
There are also multiple
TV screens for guests so they can watch the latest sports. Blowfish is the second restaurant to open at the hotel recently, as Bā opened up last month.
