Beluga
It is known that 250 grams of Almas caviar (which is the most expensive in the world) costs Dhs36,000 at Beluga. But those who desire to satisfy their caviar cravings can try the “Golden Cigar” dish for mere (cough) Dhs1,500. The caviar is placed nestled in an edible tube. Their menu also has Angus beef tartare with beluga caviar, warm scallop carpaccio, eggs benedict with salmon and caviar and even smoked sturgeon gold maki with American caviar. Those now big fan of caviar can also visit Tasca from acclaimed chef José Avillez and Japanese steakhous Netsu.
