The menu is based on simplicity and quality ingredients is divisible into 3 axes.

Street food to share – these portions are an assortment of the best recipes from the 4 corners of the world, made with the most restricted products including pure Japanese Kobe beef. Their great meats can be seen in the best cuts and origins specially selected by Giraudi: Black Angus from Argentina & USA, Australian wagyu, Japanese Kobe. Beefbar is developed its own patented method of cooking in order to achieve a crispy meat seal and tender juicy heart. To combine and blend with in each cut, more than fifteen insane house purees cooked with butter with a selection of spices and condiments are seen. The launch a new concept of high-end butchers: The Beefbar Butcher Shop has a menu that are available for purchase in this next generation of butchers. The expert advice right from their in house butcher, customers can choose from famous cuts — fillet, prime rib, rib-eye, sirloin — of exclusive meats.

The new restaurant in DIFC opened on February 5. This is a Monte Carlo-born restaurant – from former F1 supremo Flavio Briatore. The restaurant is set in space that formerly held Greg Malouf’s Cle in Al Fattan Currency House in DIFC.

It’s the sixth outlet for the chain in Dubai, which also has branches as far flung as Hong Kong, Mexico and Monaco, where it all started out. Beefbar was set up by Riccardo Giraudi. Briatore, who already has Billionaire Mansion at Taj Dubai, is excited for the launch of the Beefbar Dubai.

“I am delighted to open one of the most sought-after restaurants in one of the most incredible cities in the world. Dubai is bursting with great restaurants and Beefbar will be a great addition to the region,” he says.
