Activities on offer at Bab Al Shams include fatbiking – where you can explore the desert on a bike especially designed for the dunes, check out the beautiful desert around Bab Al Shams. Other activities at the restaurant include a nature walk, that’s suitable for all ages, where you can explore the undulating desert dunes each evening from 17:30 until 18:30 or archery. With its literal translation from Arabic meaning ‘gateway to the sun’, Bab Al Shams offers an Arabic fort setting in and around an oasis. Inside the walls, shaded courtyards, walkways and water features provide cool shelter and maintain the unique ambience and atmosphere.
