Introducing
Umi Shio, a new Japanese combination pop-up concept created by the Japanese/Argentinian Chef Cristian Goya at Summersalt, Jumeirah Al Naseem.
Offering a new dining experience for lunch and dinner, Umi Shio combines the crafty preparation of Japanese cooking with the flavours of South America. They also serve a selection of new Japanese inspired drinks, all served on the shores of Madinat Jumeirah’s private beach, with views of the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
Diners can choose to have tacos or tataki, or maybe a combination for South American cuisine with dishes from Japan. This new pop-up at Jumeriah Al Naseem’s Summersalt restaurant is open and is famous for fusing the artful craft of Japanese cooking with delicious flavours of South America.
