“The number of customers we were receiving was consistently low in these two centres and the only service these two centres provided was renewal of visas. Therefore, to better utilize manpower and resources, we moved our staff to the Knowledge Village medical fitness centre which is a full-fledged centre and has a higher footfall,” said a spokesperson from Dubai Health Authority.
“Customers have options of other centres, which are in the same catchment areas.”
