3BK has prime views of The Dubai Fountain. Fine dining in Downtown Dubai has a brand-new restaurant in Armani Hotel Dubai.
Housed in the Burj Khalifa, 3BK is now open at the sophisticated Downtown Dubai hotel, taking over the third floor of the property. The restaurant offers 250 seats and is the first independent dining destination at the hotel. 3BK has 23,500 sq m restaurant area and was formerly an events space, and it’s been transformed into a stylish new restaurant. Just like the rest of the hotel, décor is minimalist and classic, using a lot of creams, greys and metallics, while furnishings are modern. The restaurant has plenty of gold tones, as fancy as the venue. The floor to ceiling windows offer great views out to the Dubai Fountain, while there’s also a terrace for the cooler months. The place promises “global flavours”, with a menu served from head chef Esteban Torregrosa (formerly of Maxzi The Good Food Shop) starring cuisines from Asia, Europe and Latin America. The menu is going to change seasonally and is sharing-style. As the tallest building in the world has the new restaurant – 3BK, and is said that it is “a standalone culinary experience that celebrates the very best in global culinary innovation” as well as paying homage to classic flavours from all around the world.
