Monkeynastix takes
children on a journey and become part of world of FUN and fitness!
Monkeynastix has been the pioneer of movement education in South Africa for the past 10 years. Now they run a successful International Franchise with more than 75 branches in Bahrain, Botswana, Canada, Greece, India, Ireland, Kenya, Mauritius, Turkey, U.A.E-, U.K. , U.S.A, Zambia, Zimbabwe and others.
Their creative and engaging approach to movement encourages children to learn and develop in a safe, funfilled environment! Monkeynastix is a broad-based, holistic programme that combines creativity and music with basic training in flexibility, balance, strength, agility, co-ordination and body awareness. Children can love and learn from each energy-packed session.
Monkeynastix
offers three separate curriculums for ages 1-2, 3-6 and 7-8. A qualified instructor will come to your child’s nursery, school or public venue to run one fun-filled session per week. Sessions are conducted for 30-45 minutes (age dependant), including a warm-up to music, stretch and tone, and working with specialized, age-appropriate equipment. At Monkeynastixs the team have developed their programme around 6 themes that they incorporate into every lesson. Each theme has a basic level skill that it taught. The team creates opportunities for children to move and participate.
At Babynastix, their aim is to help parents or caregiver to do the best for the baby. Their programme is a brand new adventure, packed with fun sensory games, movement, baby massage and a lot of other activities. The Babynastix programme is designed and endorsed by an 0ccupational Therapist,
Paediatrician and Early Childhood Developer. By joining their programme, clients ensure they give their child only the best developmental that is possible. The team is here to ensure that their journey with the team over the next few months is a fulfilling bonding experience between you and your baby – and of course, loads of fun too!
The team provides a trained and qualified instructor who is ready to guide and assist the clients and their baby through easy-to-follow routines. They continue to make baby do these routines and your little one’s lifelong educational journey is being built on a firm Babynastix foundation. All exercises focus on developing and stimulating baby’s senses, white developing physical, emotional, cognitive and language areas.

ursery class instructors work alongside the nursery staff in the classroom. Each class is structured to run for 30min once per week. Age appropriate skills and milestones activities are completed with the assistance of the nursery staff. Their session incorporates music, movement, strength and mobility, language development and much more.
Babynastix classes are set at various locations in Dubai, Al Ain and coming soon to Abu Dhabi.
