Opened in October last year, the restaurant is set in the new Hyatt Regency hotel down by Creek Park. La Tablita is a fun restaurant. Staff are happy to welcome customers and help them feel very welcome and recommend dishes for all. The tacos are famous here. The tinga de pollo (chipotle pulled chicken), pescadillas (crispy fish), rajas poblanas (creamy chilli stew with corn) and texano (hard shell, beef, sour cream) are good. They have the deep-fried fish, also chicken. The guacamole is fresh and has nice texture, beef chorizo also comes recommended. The gringa al pastor quesedillas ooze cheese and is enjoyed by all. They have other choice, the robalo that is a better way to continue the meal. They also serve sea bass in rice mixed with corn and peppers and topped with salsa and edible flowers.
