The best cuisines can be relished here from the kitchens of the world, complemented by personalised dishes from live cooking stations. Diners can create pasta dishes, watch the art of sushi making, or come up with their own salad jar in truly up-to-the-minute style. It’s ideal for kids who can love creating their pastas and pizzas, and then burning off energy in the playroom.

Connection has a playful cocktail menu, and a wide-ranging range of wines by the glass kept fresh through a distinctive dispenser system. Diners can make a choose of glass to match their food and also suitable for frame of mind. Diners can have a hearty breakfast, there is an interactive juice bar. Guests also have the option to stop by the 24th floor for the perfect pre or post meal beverages at Uptown Bar.
Kitchen Connection was closed and had discontinued receiving guests from 11th of May 2018 to October 2018 with a scheduled reopening to celebrate the hotel’s 21st birthday. Diners can enjoy good music surrounded by bright colours and embrace music and the club culture so they amplified that energy. The introduced live DJs and nightclub lighting. The team wanted Kitchen Connection to be set to feature nine live-cooking stations and present one of the largest
varieties of food offerings in the region. The magnificent hotel continues the new lobby design and the fishing theme of Kitchen Connection, Pearl Lounge (formerly Palm Court) will serve gourmet sandwiches, delicious tartines and a pearl inspired afternoon-tea in a beautifully renovated space. Its centrepiece is showcased from the ceiling and is inspired by a fisherman’s net.

styled in a contemporary way, with white gold and blue accents all over. The Jumeirah Beach Hotel lobby atrium offers stunning views of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and has been made lighter and airier and is inspired by silhouettes of clouds floating on the water and rock formations. Three art installations hanging above the lobby, which according to Jumeirah recreate the “movements of underwater creatures, the glistening of light on water and the glow of the sun”.
