BHAR is located at Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai. Affectionately referred to as the Ren, the newest five-star property to open in Dubai’s Business Bay and has carved out quite the reputation with the opening of its numerous restaurants. Right from French farmhouse inspired Bleu Blanc from celebrity Chef David Myers, to the east meets west cuisine of the spectacular Morimoto. Each of the restaurants at the Renaissance Downtown Hotel Dubai represent unique dining destinations.

Modern Middle Eastern spot BHAR is situated on the hotels third floor.

This is an all day dining space with a vibrant ambiance and plenty of colour. It makes BHAR lead ahead of the pack when it comes to exceptional design and ambiance.

The team at BHAR is warm and delighted to assist diners. The buffet spreads in favours and guests are treated to a wealth of Middle Eastern delights. Serving in table with colourful crockery containing dates, chickpea hummus, Haydari (a cool Turkish yogurt dip), Antep ezme (a spiced tomato salad from Turkey), Baba Ganoush (a Levantine eggplant dip), marinated olives, Za’atar, Middle Eastern pickles. They serve a selection of freshly baked breads. These typical Middle Eastern has the choice is vast and designed for sharing. Hot mezze has impressive falafel salad, chargrilled chicken and leek skewers. The chicken served here is undoubtably tender and juicy. Diners can explore the buffet, and feel impressed by the precision and the mechanics of the kitchen as the team brings out dishes to the tables with precision.

Their

dessert buffet of Arabic sweets and Turkish delight is irresistable. BHAR’s Iftar menu provides the chocolate version of the Levantine Ramadan dessert katayef, presents beautiful flavours via a combination of walnut and candied orange. Dessert selection features cheesy kunafa and a selection of fragrant Ramadan juices. Middle Eastern desserts and BHAR’s version is outstanding. Sweet Mohalabiaya brulee is the traditional Egyptian milk custard at BHAR is a creme brulee via the camels milk and is served with dried raspberries, pistachio praline and floral rose.
