This Japanese Restaurant and Cocktail Bar is much-loved Japanese restaurant by chef-turned restaurateur and co-founder Rainer Becker who is known for its maki rolls, shiitake mushroom skewers and miso-marinated black cod. And its perfection and attention to detail has won it some high-profile customers over the years, including Sheikh Mohammed who is believed to have visited on multiple occasions. The menu at Zuma Dubai is comprehensive and tempting. Dishes that are served here are authentic but not traditional with bold, intense flavours and an emphasis on simple presentation acquired through quality ingredients. There is no set protocol on ordering from the menu; izakaya style means that dishes are designed to be shared at the table.
Zuma offers unique spaces ideal for any event. Their stunning private dining rooms are the perfect location to host a corporate or social luncheon, brunch, cocktail receptions, or dinner. The SUSHI AND ROBATA COUNTER are manned by their skilled chefs, the counters are spacious and interactive. Reservations are not necessary for the counters. Serving modern Japanese cuisine that is authentic and yet modern. The menu showcases a number of dishes from its three kitchens: the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill.
