Souk is one of Nakheel’s developments in Dubai in the Warsan Village. This upcoming project comprises of townhouses, fine apartments and the Warsan Souk.
This epic retail space in International City will be home to a prolific amount of shops, restaurants and cafes. The Nakheel Warsan Souk is a shopping mall located in the International City district of Dubai.
The mall project is part of the Warsan Village development that is located adjacent to the France Cluster in International City. With 650,000 sq. ft. of retail space, Warsan souk will be spread across eight buildings, each comprising two floors of retail with three-bedroom townhouses built above. Souk Warsan will have 
30 restaurants and cafés with indoor and outdoor dining facilities for guests. Warsan Souk will have nearly 1,170 shops, that includes two department stores – one at either end of the souk.
The new shopping destination is expected to open soon – Warsan Souk Dubai is a mega project that comprises eight buildings spread over an area of 650,000 sq. ft. Each building has two floors of retail space and residential units built above that.
The opening date is not yet announced. Nakheel has put the mall’s retail shops up for leasing, this shopping destination could open later this year. Warsan Souk is part of the gated Warsan Village community located on the outer edge of International City, Dubai. 
Families looking for spacious homes can explore the villas for rent in Warsan Village. Warsan Souk Dubai will have many services and is going to be the shopping destination that opens soon.
The Warsan Souk will be more like the shopping malls in Dubai – a modern shopping space with some top-of-the-line brands and restaurants in it.
Warsan Village is connected to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Manama Street (D67).
