Chef Burak has set up a branch in Downtown Dubai, for his first restaurant outside of Turkey. The team promises to be the “best in Turkish comfort food” and are thrilled to try out the new opening. The restaurant will open on Christmas Day (Friday December 25) at its new location in Boulevard Point on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
The restaurant comes from Dives Holding, the owners of the CZNBurak brand, and the team is excited for their first venture outside Turkey. The celebrity chef is famed on social media for his popular meat videos, and is a well-known name in Turkey. The new Middle Eastern Turkish restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, plus there are spell binding views of Burj Khalifa to enjoy, too.
The menu promises a blend of Middle Eastern and Turkish influenced dishes, along with bespoke drinks from a team of acclaimed mixologists. There will be more than 150 dishes on the menu – so set ready to make some tasty decisions.
“We know that CznBurak will be popular in the UAE and the wider Gulf as the brand is well received by Gulf visitors to Turkey, and with Chef Burak’s personality and popularity, as well as the perfect location, we’ve got a great recipe for success,” said Dives Holdings’ Chairman, Rizgar Sak.
Chef Burak’s grandfather was a “kunefe master” and the chef has a strong background in the kitchen. His father operated a restaurant, Sisli, in Istanbul and that was where Chef Burak discovered his skills and love of food. He started working in the kitchen from the age of 13, and now, still in his 20s, he has a string of seven restaurants.
The Middle Eastern Turkish restaurant promises a homely feel, with handmade ovens, relaxing and cosy seating and a spacious terrace. Everyone is welcome and at this friendly joint.
