Wednesday Night Special, at Park Hyatt Dubai’s award-winning restaurant, The Thai Kitchen, has special dishes for the evening every Wednesday night. Diners at The Thai Kitchen on these nights can feast on an extensive list of dishes served on an unlimited basis right at their table. (Wednesday Night Special at The Thai Kitchen will be non-operational after 1 June, 2016 and will resume at the end of Ramadan.) Friday Brunch at The Thai Kitchen offers packages with non-alcoholic beverages including food, soft drinks, water, assorted juices and Thai tea. The wine & beer package includes non-alcoholic beverages, a selection of wine and Thai beer. Sparkling wine Package includes food, non-alcoholic beverages, a selection of wine, Thai beer, standard spirits and sparkling wine. (The Friday Brunch at The Thai Kitchen will be non-operational after 3 June, 2016 and will resume at the end of Ramadan.)
Master-classes at the Park – The chef de cuisine at The Thai Kitchen, Chef Supattra Boonsrang conducts master-classes, ideal as birthday or anniversary parties, or as gifts for food enthusiasts. (Master-classes at The Thai Kitchen will not be offered during the holy month of Ramadan.) Participants can learn Authentic Thai dishes prepared by Native Chefs and traditional homemade desserts.
