The idea
for Smash Room was inspired by a tough phase in Hiba’s life, when she found that the traditional, peaceful mechanisms of coping were not enough. So she decided to take old junk into the backyard and smashed it to pieces, and this gave her immense satisfaction. That was the lightbulb moment for her and she decided to go ahead with the idea and teamed up with her best friend and partner Ibrahim. Together they offer their version of a stress release day!
Hiba Balfaqih is a psychologist, seriel entreprenaur and mindset coach. She has worked over a decade of building employee engagement, transforming corporate culture, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches business and entrepreneurial experience. Hiba plans to ignite mindsets and support people to achieve their dreams.
