The 
Rotisserie is a show kitchen of Middle Eastern and Northern European favorites. The restaurant is located at the Arabian Court.
This is a all-day dining room that boasts of an intimate courtyard terrace and open veranda that overlook the resort’s gardens and fountains. An impressive show kitchen evokes a bygone era, with high vaulted ceilings, massive copper chimneys, cast-iron ovens and large wooden tables. Guests can interact with chefs who prepare cuisine based on traditional recipes from northern Europe and Middle East.

family lunch, one can have a sumptuous meal at The Rottiserie from 12:30 to 16:00 on Fridays or Saturdays. Diners can enjoy recipes from Continental Europe and the Middle East for only AED 175 per person. International & Middle Eastern Eid Buffet Dinner offers an experience that is one of the most favourite traditional Eid buffet dinner at The Rotisserie restaurant. Diners can savour the flavours of Middle Eastern cuisine with a selection of generous mezzes, Salads, and the Rotisserie live grill serving traditional ouzi Lamb with Oriental rice, tagine kofta with egg and green peas and homemade oumali pudding.
