The Pods, one of the newest members of the Bluewaters luxury dining landscape, opened on May 1 this year. It features 22 private pods of different sizes, with the capacity to seat up to 168 diners. The Pods offers an intimate and personalised atmosphere, unlike anywhere in the city. The restaurant will serve Pan-Asian cuisine, a fusion of Chinese, Japanese and Thai cooking techniques with a modern touch. In addition, there’s also an indoor bar area which can seat up to 30 people. Furthermore, It aims to redefine the luxury dining experience throughout Dubai, not just on the island.
According to an article, taking the inside to the outdoors, The Pods’ air-conditioned spaces are well-appointed with decor featuring abundant greenery, a large central table, and a rounded sofa. The Pods also offers stylish black interiors contrasted with canopies of flowing foliage and curved light fittings. The indoor area can seat up to 30 individuals. Furthermore, Guests of The Pods are promised a premium experience, from the food to the service. Attention to detail is a priority, with private service appointed to each pod, ensuring no guest leaves unsatisfied.
It is located adjacent to the pedestrian bridge connected to JBR. The Pods will treat guests to views of the skyline and the Arabian Gulf’s waters while they enjoy a private dining experience. Diners can expect seafood, poultry, vegetarian, and beef dishes.
