The Lime Tree Café is one of Dubai’s few fully HACCP-certified gluten-free kitchens and has expanded its range of baked goods to cater to the growing demand for gluten-free products in the city all year round. New additions to the collection include items such as traditional mince pies, dark chocolate & spiced orange Florentines, and more. The homegrown café also has a line-up of activities for adults and kids alike, such as colouring competitions for children and games for dine-in customers, which makes it an ideal place for all ages.
Every Lime Tree Café offers a welcoming, vibrant space where diners can enjoy dishes packed with organic and free-range 
ingredients, fair trade coffee and tea, fresh salads and sandwiches, à la carte dishes and tempting cakes. Each location also includes a gourmet shopping concept, where diners can pick up their favourite treats, such as jams and chutneys, relish and preserves, flatbreads, biscotti, biscuits, crackers, and fudge. Moreover, it is also known as a one-stop-shop venue for healthy options for everyone’s favourite dishes. Furthermore, Lime Tree Café offers catering services for events, lunches, office meetings, corporate gatherings, and cocktail parties.
According to an article, The Lime Tree Café’s co-founder Corinne Bowker, who suffers from coeliac disease, is a driving force behind Lime Tree’s gluten-free bakery. To further build on ten years of recipe development since the gluten-free bakery first launched, Corinne and the bakery team carry out regular research and recipe trialling with up to as many as seven different flour varieties to ensure only the best tasting products make it on shelves. That means, aside from the time and years to make it perfect, the experiences have something to do with the success of what it is today.
Furthermore, clients can shop and order online. Its gluten-free products follow the same traditional baking principles we use in the rest of our items, made in small batches and with the highest quality ingredients. All products are hand-made by its dedicated bakers in our HACCP-certified gluten-free kitchen. Orders can be collected every Sunday from a safe location of the client’s choice. The Lime Tree Café has dine-in locations in Jumeirah 1, Town Square, Al Quoz, Motor City, Depachika Food Hall at Nakheel Mall on The Palm, Sheikh Zayed Road and The Springs Souk, and is also available for delivery.
