institute is dedicated to all things pilates – The Hundred Wellness Center offers a variety of pilates classes, extending from pilates mat and reformer, to pilates circuit and pole.
The team has four studios and equipment by Peak Pilates, this converted villa is the ideal space to get physically fit and mentally strong. It is termed as the UAE’s best health and fitness facility by the Sports Industry Awards in 2013, the centre also offers 17 classes a week for 14 different ability levels. The centre also has occasional visiting instructors that specialise in several fields such as Gyrotonic – a machine system that uses the principles of yoga, ballet, and swimming to increase flexibility.
The in-house cafe at the centre serves coffee and cold-pressed juice connoisseurs provide healthy options to the center daily. 
The Espresso Lab prepares the city’s best coffee, including specialist brews. And they also serve a range of healthy, very nutritious cold-pressed juices and smoothies.
During the cooler months, the garden space is a great place for some relaxing time or catching up with friends over a beverage. For those who prefer t0 stay away from the heat, their inspiring space is complete with bespoke furnishings and an uplifting playlist, which is a great place to spend a few hours. The Hundred Wellness Center is open on a Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 for their Organic Local Vegetable Market.
