The Hide showcases a modern version to the Dubai culinary scene and is known for presenting best of American cuisine with the inspiration and concept coming all the way from the modern meateries in gastronomic capitals such as New York, Chicago and LA.
The Hide is represented by renowned British chef Nick Cuadrado, well-known as one of the city’s most creative culinary artists. The meatery serves an authentic, modern, rustic setting with stone, wood, slate and vintage glass, while the menu provides classic comfort food representing American culture along with transformed versions with unique meatery twists.
The Hide is located downstairs in Al Qasr, Madinat Jumeirah. The restaurant is luxurious with all red leather booths, tastefully designed, rich décor with filament light bulbs, and white tiles. The Hide has come up in place of MJ’s Steakhouse that has been given renovated with the settings similar to that of trendy Brooklyn bars that are popular joints.

Starters such as the DIY steak tartare and crispy calf’s tongue are one of the most ordered dishes here that are full of flavour.
The “manwich” is one of the most favourite prepration that has to be seen to be believed. With two slices of bread is topped with melted cheese with some smoky brisket, beef Iberico, two fried eggs, pickles, mustard and some leaves. This sandwich is fun to eat and messy.
