The steaks served are famous, one must choose between Angus and Wagyu, and make their next dining decision concerning cut, with filet mignon, striploin, tenderloin, T-bone, prime rib eye and cowboy cuts available on offer. The Exchange Grill serves up signature offerings such as Premium Gold Angus beef and succulent Kobe Fillet beef, including a wide selection of different meat cuts such as Fillet Mignon, Pepper Steak, New York Striploin and Kobe Rib Eye. The Exchange Grill also showcases a selection of grilled seafood including Lobster or Pan-Seared John Dory to satisfy all palates. Desserts include a classic brownie, homemade vanilla ice cream and sticky toffee and pear pudding, although Wild strawberry and rhubarb soup are delightful.
