Le Rosé has opened on the 12th Floor of Address Fountain Views and has an outdoor terrace with views of Dubai’s downtown skyline. With entrées like the comforting classic Soupe à l’Oignon– white onion soup with sourdough bread and Gruyère cheese or Burrata à la Truffe – burrata, heirloom cherry tomato, green and white asparagus and shaved black truffle. Guests can begin with the wonderfully moreish camembert au Four– baked camembert with garlic, thyme and toasted baguette or choose Tartare de Thon– bluefin tuna tartar for something lighter.
The menu includes redesigned French classics such as truffle burrata, grilled camembert, black Angus beef tenderloin with foie gras and white or dark chocolate fudge. Guests can also enjoy selected French cheeses, truffle honey, onion chutney and grapes, or caramel pudding with raspberries, ginger and coconut.
