Now represents his inimitable gastronomic vision to Dubai only here at One&Only Royal Mirage, introducing new culinary concepts to Celebrities and The Beach Bar & Grill. Chef Mauro invents fresh, colourful, picture perfect dishes that play with textures and bold contrasts. His cuisine is ultra-fresh, with lots of herbs, fruits and vegetables, showcasing magnificent ingredients. Light, honest, taking the best from nature, Chef Mauro’s cuisine expresses itself freely.
The 
One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai is exceptional. Located just off Dubai Marina, it has its own kilometre of private beachfront, facing The Palm Island Bay. And on the 3rd floor of the hotel we can find The Rooftop Terrace & Sports Lounge, which is unique and different kind of rooftop bar compared to other “classic” Dubai rooftops. The terrace is very open air and offers great views of the ocean along with some cool glimpses of the Dubai skyline. This place is one of the more romantic rooftop bars in Dubai, with a usually very calm atmosphere.
