The Atlantic Dubai is managed by Jonathan Scanlon, previously of the Rivington Grill, with Australian Zeke Quinn at the helm of the kitchen as head chef. Solution Leisure’s Group Executive Chef Sang Lee also oversees culinary operations. This urbane destination pays homage to the very best local produce.
