The food and beverage menu includes delicious flavors inspired by the many islands in the Caribbean and North and South

Its Fondos menus for sharing include chipotle shrimp, Seabass Frito, Jerk Baby Chicken, Pepper Crust Chicken, Crab and Octopus with fried rice, Lamb racks, Currasco A Lo Pobre, and Curry Jam Dung. Guests can also try Beef Empanadas, Salmon Taco, Grilled Octopus, Croquetas, and crispy squid.
