Taikun 
(大君) is an archaic Japanese term of respect, which once was referred to an independent ruler who did not have an imperial lineage. Its literal meaning is “Great Lord & Prince” or “Supreme Commander”.

Dubai culinary team at restaurant has worked hard with a specific brief to create ingredient-led dishes over the past few months when the restaurant was closed. The chefs have introduced “some Dubai favourites but with a Taikun twist”, such as burrata served with heirloom tomatoes, miso vinaigrette, sesame and nori. The Korean-spiced lamb chops, meanwhile, are prepared over charcoal and served with white onion puree, cherry tomato and sakura cress. Finally, Taikun’s new Hokkaido A5 nigiri comes with caviar and gold leaf.
TAIKUN DUBAI offers the ultimate cabaret experience, guests can bring on New Year’s Eve party with delicious eats, drinks and their signature sushi. Get set to be in for a grand show! has opened its revamped doors. Having undergone a subtle refurbishment during its temporary closure, Taikun’s expansive layout, stunning décor and carte has been elevated.
Taikun Pan Asian Restaurant & Lounge also serves chic boulangerie is known for its classic French patisserie and delicate desserts. Now available over the counter and delivered are the fraisier patisserie with strawberries, cream and sponge; a tropical mango Danish; similar to croissants and doughnuts, the cronut, in lemon glaze.
