Super Natural Kitchen is Dubai’s first and only 100% raw, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, preservative-free café. Their mission is to prove that food that allows body to thrive and food that looks and tastes appealing are not mutually exclusive. The team uses organic and locally-grown produce whenever possible.
Right from their Super Natural Kitchen they organise workshops and demos, cater to community events and also deliver appetizing, healthy food. Super Natural Kitchen is plastic-free and use stainless steel straws and their delivery containers from VegWare are plant-based and completely compostable. They promote compassionate living and cook food that is in agreement with the body. The chef Athena Matheou graduated from Westminster Kingsway College, London with a professional chef diploma, specialising in patisserie and confectionery. She also worked in the London restaurant scene expanding her knowledge and building on the foundations set out at college. She embraced a lifelong commitment to spreading joy through plant-based foods. At SUPER NATURAL KITCHEN, she is a chef and showcases recipes that are tried and tested and develops new and exciting concepts to truly push the boundaries of raw vegan cuisine. As a chef she believes in a holistic approach to living and has helped people in the US and the UAE through yoga and private raw and whole foods plant-based coaching.
