to reopen after undergoing a renovation, DIFC restaurant and bar Spark by Caramel aims to bring some ‘spark’ to nights in Dubai. The restaurant was originally named Caramel Restaurant and Lounge when it first opened in 2010, the reopened space will be serving up quality dishes, fruit flavoured mixed drinks at its ‘modern bar’ and live music nights.
Open on weekdays from 11:00 until 03:00 and weekend from 19:00, the restaurant can seat more than 400 guests in its indoor and outdoor space, with the renovation bring classy and chic designs to its interiors. Their menu has been revamped, now with new international à la carte and business lunch menus to be revealed soon too. Spark By Caramel will also feature weekly live music and party nights, including its ‘Spark Nights’ on Thursdays that boasts a DJ spinning the decks along with a live musician.
On Friday
nights, partygoers can head to ‘Spark’s Oriental Nights’ with a live band from Beirut, Lebanon.
