This eco-friendly restaurant is connected to Vida Creek Harbour hotel and comes from the trendsetting team behind Soulgreen Italia, Milan’s hottest plant-based eatery. Try the menu that is 80 per cent plant-based and 20 per cent seafood, with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The 100-strong e-menu is also gluten- and dairy-free, loaded with colourful bowls packed with superfoods, vegan burgers served with crisps and dip, and plant-based desserts.
The dining room is decorated with lush plants, hanging lanterns, polished concrete, honey-toned timber floors and pops of peacock green. The outdoor has large veranda offering one of the best hidden gem sunset spots we’ve ever seen. Soulgreen is a licensed restaurant, it’s a fantastic place to dine at sunset.
Delicious homemade treats including gluten-free bread with a garlic dip is followed by a Mexican bowl and falafel wrap. Healthy desserts served at Soulgreen include a cacao mousse, chocolate slice, and crème brulee. This is a worthy, healthy alternative. The downside to Soulgreen, as spectacular as it is, is its location. This licensed healthy spot with an unbelievable view of Dubai’s skyline, and one-of-a-kind experience. The restaurant is fully licensed and accepts last orders at 22:30.
