New Cuban restaurant Rumba is all set to welcome all at Vista Mare
Bar and Kitchen – the latest addition to Palm Jumeirah strip’s restaurant line-up.
The concept of Rumba is right from the heart of native Cuban-born, Alberto Cuello, the General Manager of Rumba. He was passionate of representing the heartbeat of Rumba in Dubai. 
This unique lifestyle concept transforms into various shapes. Right from dining and bar experiences to lounge, cigar, terrace and beach, Rumba is full of colour and is spontaneous – buzzing with large gathering and serving traditional Cuban cuisine and the syncopated rhythms of music and dance. The lavish menu is planned by Rene Manzanilla, Head Chef and Carlos Pazos, Sous Chef who bring their complex combination of different, often contradicting influences in Rumba’s culinary story.
With Rumba there’s been a lot more footfall at Club Vista Mare, and the doors have opened for all. Rumba Bar & Kitchen is the latest restaurant on the strip, and presents Cuban food, drinks and music to the beachfront locale, served up against a 1950s Havana aesthetic.

eneral manager Alberto Cuello and Head chef Rene Manzanilla and sous chef Carlos Pazos are bringing Cuban flavours for all, the dishes including picada Cubana, ceviches, tacos, classic Cubano sandwiches and queso fundidos are delicious to name a few.
