Roberto’s, a multi-awarded Italian restaurant in Dubai, launched a signature brunch early this year. Bringing additional excitement to DIFC and all gourmet lovers in Dubai, Its new 5-course menu and fantastic packages are a total knockout. According to their website, Roberto’s is the wealthiest and most refined creation of Skelmore Hospitality Group.
This decade-old Italian restaurant never ceases to amaze Dubai diners. They continue to satisfy guests worldwide as they set the standard for fine dining across Dubai since its opening in 2012. Brand Ambassador and founding partner Mustafa Turgul believes that his concept called Creating Culture is the idea behind the restaurant’s continued success to ensure the loyalty of their guests.
An ambience of European luxury, that’s how they welcomed guests though out the years. Blended with unparalleled delicious cuisines, exceptional services, and a famous wine list, labelled them as a multiyear award-winning Italian stalwart in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Brunch goers who look for something delicious and different can look forward to weekly specials from its head chef Danillo Valla. Guests can start their meal with a curated five-course menu comprised of Burrata, a slow-cooked roasted octopus (Polpo), Pizza Roberto’s and Fried Calamari paired with prawns and zucchini. The delicate wild forest and portobello mushroom risotto with shaved black truffle is good for the second course. Their famous roasted black Angus ribeye, Ribeye di Manzo, is the brunch star for meat lovers. These dishes are considered a great expression of Roberto’s sophisticated approach to modern Italian cuisines.
Other choices include Insalata AI 4 Semi (Baby Spinach, kale leaves, clementine, mixed seeds, agave dressing). Melanzana (over-baked eggplant, tomato sauce mozzarella, basil). And Calamarata Roberto’s (Calamarata pasta, Canadian Lobster, green asparagus, cherry tomatoes).
Handcraft cocktails and mocktails are no way to go, as guests would love to rehydrate their palate after savouring those authentic dishes. DJ Samer Egy knows his job well as he entertains guests with light tunes and is an electric cello player and well-applauded singer. Indeed, something unique to brighten up one’s mood.
To end Roberto’s Brunch special on a sweet note, you should never miss Tiramisu, Profiterole, Lemon E Lemon, Pistachio and Sorbet. A bundle of desserts that will surely leave a smile on your face.
To stand the test of time, a restaurant must treat every guest with exceptional service every time. Differentiation is also a key factor. A restaurant must be able to deliver something unique that cannot be found elsewhere. -Mustafa Turgul, Roberto’s Brand Ambassador and Founding Partner
