Eastern restaurant Phoenicia at JA Oasis Beach Tower Dubai in JBR has expanded. They have now opened a street-side eatery called – Phoenicia Café. The restaurant and café have a high reputation as it comes from famed chef Greg Malouf, serving casual meals for you.
Phoenicia was the name given to an ancient Mediterranean civilization that originated in Lebanon. In 2500 B.C. and beyond, the Phoenicians were well known tradesmen who introduced the cultivation of olive oil and widely sold saffron figs and salted fish amongst many other luxuries.
Giving a modern tribute to 
Phoenician ancestors, the team introduced authentic neighborhood eatery at JA Oasis Beach Tower, that celebrates the enduring popularity and history of Middle Eastern cuisine. They have a new breakfast menu, which is available until 17:00 so there’s no need for an early start. Dishes include pastries, crepes and waffles or healthy options like Keto eggs Benedict, açai bowls, keto toast and organic yoghurt granola. Lunch and dinner is also served, with an all-day menu available from 12:00 until 22:00. Dishes include Greg Malouf signatures such as Jar Jeir salad of rocket, walnuts, candied olives, mountain tomatoes and feta, Greg’s famous hazelnut falafel and the Phoenicia mezze plate with s hummus, moutabal, marinated kalamata olives with shanklish cheese served with Arabic bread.
Main courses served at Phoenicia Restaurant, 
JBR include fettucine Bolognese, penne arrabiata, steak, salmon, Gulf prawns, vegan burgers and more. You can complete your meal off with tarts, cheesecakes and gelat.
If you are looking for a more formal experience? The restaurant has a special deal, the Taste of Phoenicia menu, where for Dhs199 a couple you can enjoy a starter, two mains and a bottle of house grape. The deal is available Saturday to Wednesday 18:00 until 23:00. There’s also a new bar menu with inventive mixed drinks and a live DJ.
