Palm West Beach on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah is launching this week with a lot in store. There will be restaurants, bars, entertainments and water-sports activities along the beachfront stretch on the Palm. The entire place is said to be “the ultimate sunset destination”. The 1.6km promenade and beachfront is not just pet-friendly but also is home to 300 palm trees, which will be lit up for a walking and running track by night.
Visitors will get to see many new and exciting restaurant and bar openings in the area too. Koko Bay, a Balinese-themed beach bar and restaurant opened recently, while Jones The Grocer, Aprons and Hammers, Lucky Fish, Señor Pico, Orange Chameleon and more are due to open soon.
Palm West Beach will include eight hotels once it is completed – including Fairmont The Palm, FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai as well as newcomers SOHO Palm Jumeirah, Adagio Aparthotels, Byblos, Hilton Palm Jumeirah and One Palm. Water sports available will including kayaking, VR diving, stand-up paddle boarding, electric hydrofoil surfing, sea bikes, catamarans and more.
Palm West Beach is Nakheel Malls’ latest development is an iconic water sports, all-day entertainment and licensed beach destination. This is not the only exciting thing that’s happening on the Palm this month. The world’s largest fountain is due to launch at The Pointe on October 22.
