at Dar Al Wasl in Jumeirah, Nourish Me is more than just a restaurant; it’s a lifestyle movement, specialty coffee and juice bar, headed by South African Chef Julie Watson.
Opened in 2017, Nourish is the brainchild of two Emirati cousins, born and raised in this very community. Their vision for Nourish is to be the very first holistic pioneers of ‘clean eating concept’, where natural food tastes really good. Nourish prides itself on being transparent, hands on, educated and most of all a team of passionate individuals who are willing and happy to serve. Their Bean Machine team believes that “Coffee is not just a drink but a science and an art form”.
Nourish – located 
at Al Wasl Road has a passionate management behind the restaurant. With every aspect of the food production – right from sourcing and harvesting produce at reputable suppliers and local farms, to producing every condiment added to the meal – is done within the Nourish kitchen. The team even ferments mustards, prepares tabasco and ketchup, believe in culturing vegetables, kneading their own unbleached, stone ground flour bread, and a lot more. Nourish doesn’t do short cuts, it doesn’t serve processed; just REAL! food. The team serves high quality single origin specialty coffees and also cold brew. They work alongside farmers who maintain sustainable practices, building on generations of experience, and respond to new and ethical methods in coffee farming.
Nourish 
is a lot more than a health-food concept. The team believes in minimize waste, maximize nutrients and flavor. They actually research ingredients and techniques of cooking. Activate nuts, ferment and grow good bacterias. There are no hidden nasties, not even in the sauces, which are made from scratch in the Nourish kitchen. Get set for clean eating – diners get to get farm fresh food to their plates. Their specialty coffee is exceptional and kitchen opens 11:00 – 01:30 during Ramadan.
