Noire, dining in the dark is located on the 9th floor of famous hotel – Fairmont Dubai. Noire brings diners one of the most unique experiences in Dubai and a culinary adventure unlike anything else in town that has been awarded Best Experimental Restaurant in the Middle East by the prestigious BBC Good Food Awards.
