Baba opened on 1 December 2020 and diners will be able to find a number of fine-dining options combined with traditional hot and cold mezze and dishes from the region. Diners will be able to choose from starters including wagyu beef tartare, plus dishes like baba ganoush, and veal liver. Their mains include Australian wagyu 6-7 marble steak, pistachio kebab, and black onyx steak. Seafood dishes include tiger prawns, lobster, turbot and sole, many of which are cooked on a traditional Turkish mangal barbecue.
