will be ready to serve breakfast favourites every Saturday. The recently opened Mina’s Kitchen at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina has launched new offer on the brunch scene in Dubai.
Mina’s Kitchen, The Westin Mina Seyahi‘s all-day dining restaurant pays an ode to family tradition. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Diners can embark on a journey across continents with family recipes passed down through generations as the renowned culinary team bring their childhood recipes to life. Right from Chef Khamphuns secret family Pad Thai recipe and Chef Danielle’s Nonna’s world famous lasagne to Chef Sunil’s fiery Rogan Josh – diners can experience family tradition from all corners of the globe at Mina’s Kitchen.
Focusing more 
on breakfast, the new space in Al Sufouh has introduced The Long Breakfast, a four-hour free event packed with classic brekkie dishes. The event will take place every Saturday from 11:00 to 15:00, foodies can choose from two packages, including the “Oh Behave!”, offering up unlimited coffee and freshly-squeezed juices, along with the “Yeh Why Not!” with a selection of beverages. The international open buffet serves up everything from the full English breakfast experience and a tower of pancakes, to oats with toasted pecans and cedar cinnamon honey and organic, cold-pressed juices.
Since opening back in August, Mina’s Kitchen has offers a “homage to family tradition”, based on the heritage and home recipes of the kitchen’s chefs. Opening in the place formerly occupied by Blue Orange, the venue has seen a complete overhaul, and installed a brand-new terrace for when the winter season comes. The 
stunning restaurant is complete with live cooking stations and offers a spectacular array of world cuisine – available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mina’s Kitchen’s “360 healthy” menu offers an array of healthy and nutritious options. Diners can indulge in endless fresh seafood all prepared by expert chefs.
Glamour-us Ladies Night are organised every Wednesday from 19:00 till Midnight. Ladies are welcome and can enjoy four complimentary drinks and 50% off the buffet from 19:00 onwards. Gents receive 25% off the buffet.
