One of the latest high-end masterpieces to come to the region is Meliá Hotels International’s ME Dubai Hotel is being designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid. Developer Omniyat announced that the hotel, which is located in The Opus in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa District, would be delayed to 2020. It was originally scheduled to open in 2018. Situated in Downtown Dubai, the property is the only hotel project for which Dame Zaha Hadid personally designed both the interiors and exteriors. ME Dubai features flowing lines typical of Zaha Hadid’s designs.
