A slice of India has ventured in Dubai and those who’re craving for fresh Food from all corners of the country, can head Bur Dubai. New Indian restaurant Masala Bazaar has opened its doors, and with it comes dishes from north to south and east to west.
Masala Bazaar is a fully-licensed venue at the Park Regis Kris Kin Dubai in Bur Dubai that aims to be “an ode to the rich flavours of India, bringing traditional flavours from four regions with a contemporary twist”. Highlights on the menu – it includes murgh malai kofta from the north-west, with chicken dumplings prepared in butte sauce, along with the chingri malai curry from the north-east. They also serve prawns cooked in a coconut and mustard sauce. Diners can relish the teen mirch murgh, a spicy chicken dish from the southwest, while the restaurant’s signature hyderabad mutton chop from the south-east with smoked lamb chops marinated in a onion masala. Most ordered and classics include a variety of biryanis and kababs such as the hariyali murgh biryani, a biryani served with spinach, coriander and green chili, along with the tangdi kabab, with chicken drumsticks marinated with spices and yoghurt.
