Mango Tree Thai Bistro in JBR has introduced a new menu featuring an assortment of nutritious, colourful and vegan-friendly dishes. There new dishes for vegans and non-vegans include red curry made using a coconut paste base, mushrooms and kaffir lime leaves, pumpkin green curry, and a jungle curry packed full of vegetables. Those who fancy taking a trip to the southern part of Thailand can try out tofu in a creamy coconut curry sauce. Other vegan-friendly options include a selection of Thai-style salads like a grilled pumpkin version or quinoa larb with tangy chilli jam dressing.
