Try the menu at La Fabbrica Italiana – the homegrown restaurant is run by family and features just three main items: artisan focaccia, burrata, and tiramisu. As focaccia is the main focus, 
La Fabbrica Italiana uses a 72-hour fermentation procedure that prepares the Italian bread fresh, light and airy. Diners will have more than 15 focaccia variations to choose from including Italian favourites like Barese and Ligurian focaccia, plus a za’atar manakish focaccia highlighting Dubai and the unique local flavours. Burrata is said to be a popular dish and at La Fabbrica Italiana, the stracciatella, cream-crammed mozzarella is served with the main course alongside a slice of fresh focaccia and a fresh salad. Those looking for a sweet treat, must try the authentic tiramisu. Prepared with imported Italian ingredients like Italian yellow egg yolks, mocha coffee and dark chocolate.
La Fabbrica
