new Japanese restaurant KŌYŌ is opening in InterContinental Dubai Marina.
Koyo will join the elite string of restaurants in Dubai Marina – including other Japanese restaurants such as Mimi Kakushi, Ikigai and Kinoya.
Koyo is all set to open in July 2021. The new setting and venue is brought by Solutions Leisure, the team behind Asia Asia at Pier 7, two branches of New York steakhouse STK, plus Lock, Stock & Barrel, Karma Kafe and Baby Q (formerly known as Q43).
F&B operator Solutions Leisure has announced its latest venue, which will open in Dubai this summer. Coming in collaboration with property firm Select Group UAE, Solutions – KOYO will be up-market Japanese venue within InterContinental Dubai Marina.

The announcement was then confirmed by Evans that his group will open five new venues this year as he believes Dubai’s food and entertainment industries are gaining track and recovery. The new Japanese eatery promises traditional Japanese culinary and entertainment.
