Dubai has many Thai restaurants that are the big hitters but those prime locations comes with a high price tag. A few budget friendly with a few chains as well as Café Isan in JLT, but in the Downtown Dubai area, the selection are fewer.
As soon as diners enter Khao Siam 45, this cosy spot overlooks The Dubai Canal in Business Bay. With fewer seats inside and a few tables outdoors, Khao Siam 45 is a fairly cozy venue. The menu is very compact and all dishes come in under Dhs50. The choices include salads, curries, soups, and noodle and rice dishes. 
Diners must try out the mango sticky rice for dessert, too. The satay is a chicken dish that is tender and is served with the dip and is wonderful with peanut flavour. Som tam salad is very popular and is a strong starter, the papaya and dried shrimp salad hitting all of the sweet, salty, citrussy and fiery. Mains of khao pad gai (fried rice with chicken and egg) and pad Thai are also exceptional.
Portions are massive and appreciated by the diners coming with large gatherings. All those who love Thai food must give the place a chance and enjoy the fresh dishes.
